Chocolate Dipped Bacon…Mistake or Masterpiece?

It’s been around for a while, but suddenly it is all the buzz in the special events industry…chocolate covered bacon. I can’t knock it until I try it, but would love to hear from someone that’s experienced this unique blend of flavors.
